To successfully complete these units, please
1. Read the chapters 1 to 8 and complete any activities in the chapters that will assist your learning
2. Complete the multiple choice questions.
3. Complete the assessment.

Hello everyone, im enjoying the class and learning a few things as well.
sorry Im late but here it is, Toasted Muesli:
2 tblsp golden syrup
2 tlbsp walnut oil
1 cup (90g) coarsely chopped blanched almonds
1 cup (120g) coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts
1 cup (160) pepitas (pumpkin seed kernels)
1 1/3 cups (220g) sunflower seed kernels
1/2 cup (70g) linseed, sunflower & almond blend (LSA)
1/3 cup (55g) finely chopped dried seeded dates
1/2 cup (75g) finely chopped dried apricots
or any type of dried fruit you like
1) preheat oven to moderate.
2) combine syrup and oil in small bowl.
3) combine oats & nuts in shallow baking dish; drizzle with syrup mixture.
Toast, uncovered, in moderate oven about 10 minutes or until browned lightly, stirring halfway through cooking time. Cool 10 minutes.
4) stir pepitas, kernels, LSA blend and dried fruit into muesli mixture; cool.
5) serve with Greek thick & creamy plain yoghurt.

per serving 11.4g carbs; 21.1g total fat (2.1 saturated fat); 1112kj (266 cal); 8.6g protein.

barbara firstly I can't seem to understand quite how folder options work as I don't seem to see a change in folders opening in the same window or in its own window.
